Association CFO Roundtable Breakfast
Presidential Forum Roundtable Breakfast is by invitation only and is limited to only Association CFOs. The format is informal discussion among your peers on the topic of general business expense management/reduction and where new financial resources will have the greatest strategic benefit for your Association. The Presidential Forum ensures that as an Association CFO you have the opportunity to meet in a safe environment where you will be able to network with only your peers (other Association executives) and no external organizations will be represented. As part of the safe environment setting, all content of discussion are to be treated as confidential by all executives in attendance. The breakfast is hosted by U.S. Transactions Corp.
Plated breakfast will be served.
TOPIC/COURSE DESCRIPTION: What Best Practices and/or Primary Obstacles do you encounter while reducing costs and finding additional cash flow for your Association? How would your Association deploy the additional cash flow for the greatest strategic benefit?
This roundtable discussion is moderated by an Association CFO, and there will be an interactive dialogue among all Association CFO-Attendees. Learn firsthand as each CFO shares what Best Practice he/she has implemented at their respective Association. This is also a great way to discover how other CFOs have solved issues that you might face as you work with your executive management on cost reduction initiatives in your Association.
The Moderator will be Melanie S. Richardson, Chief Program & Strategy Officer, NATIONAL HUMAN SERVICES ASSEMBLY
