Highly relevant and engaging content is in ultra-demand and associations are feeling the pressure to supply. How do they produce content on a consistent basis that resonates with members and keeps them coming back for more? That’s where member-created content comes in. Members are often an untapped resource of knowledge, ideas, and stories. They bring authenticity and unique perspectives to your association that not only builds credibility, but with the appropriate strategy, member-created content can increase member engagement through elevated experiences and building stronger connections that last.

  • How to utilize your member content to your advantage
  • How to engage with members socially to create deeper connections
  • Understand member personas and how to engage with different groups
