Wade Tetsuka

Wade Tetsuka

Wade is a C.P.A. who brings 20 years of financial expertise and business management experience to U.S. Transactions Corporation. Wade also has an extensive network of contacts within the government contracting arena. He was previously with Ernst & Young in San Francisco and later PriceWaterhouseCoopers in Stuttgart, Germany where he was senior engagement manager responsible for the assurance work for IBM, Kodak, Sony Europe, and several other multinational companies. He also served as President/General Manager to three early-stage fast-growth companies in the life sciences industry.He graduated from the University of Pennsylvania, Wharton School of Business with a B.S. in Economics.

Scott McHenry

Scott McHenry has an extensive and impressive career in sales and marketing. He has been involved in some of the most competitive areas of advertising sales since the late 80’s, but has been extremely successful because of his customer service, his understanding of his clients, his attention to details and focused tenacity. Scott has been a high achievement real estate agent in Austin, Texas for over 10 years, specializing in real estate investors as his primary clients. In 2009, he joined U.S. Transactions Corp to help serve our client base in Texas and the South. In addition to his knowledge of Level-III processing, Scott has helped clients with requirements involving the integration of Level-III payment gateways within industry leading ERP systems. Scott is successfully working on projects with a couple of Fortune 500 companies to help them significantly increase vendor enrollment for their virtual card programs. One of the most upbeat and positive people, clients enjoy having Scott work for them because they always know it will be a pleasant, professional and fun [if not hilarious] experience.

Prior to joining U.S. Transactions Corp., Marsh McHenry has been involved in some of the most competitive areas of direct marketing sales since the late 90’s and was a top trainer for some of the largest sales organizations in the world. Since joining UST in 2012,  he has been responsible for our managing our clients who are part of the ComdataDirect Network. Marsh also works with some of our Fortune 1000 company relationships to help them expand their use of MasterCard/Visa ePayables, and with their suppliers who need to minimize the cost/fees of credit card acceptance. Marsh is upbeat, positive, and very pro-active in managing his customers needs, so our clients enjoy working with him.

Kevin Allbritten

Kevin Allbritten

Kevin Allbritten joined U.S. Transactions Corp starting in 2012. Kevin’s specialty area is in establishing and managing corporate credit card payment solutions at large and medium sized corporations. Kevin has 30+ years of purchasing experience, having spent 24 years with Kimberly-Clark Corporation / Neenah Paper, Inc. In his prior positions, Kevin has held responsibilities for various functional areas including Expense Management, Fleet Services, Procurement and Supply Chain Management, as well as Travel. Kevin is a certified C.P.M. and is also certified as a Corporate Purchase Card Professional (CPCP) by the National Association of Purchasing Card Professionals. Kevin is working with large corporations to optimize their volume of spending with virtual purchase card (Visa/MasterCard) programs. Kevin is based in Atlanta, GA.

Kevin is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame with a Bachelors Degree in Finance.

Michael O'Brien

Michael O’Brien

Michael has spent the last 27 Years leading the development and growth of Financial and Telecommunications companies. Before joining U.S. Transactions Corp in 2013, he was a licensed broker in the financial services industry responsible for the operations of multiple locations across the country. Michael spent much of his time with the wireless industry initially as it grew from 10% market penetration to over 80%. Michael was part of the team that initially did the first trials of moving data over cellular transmissions in the late 1980’s. We all know where that has taken us today. He has managed IT, Financial, and Operational divisions with the companies he has worked with. Michael has a Bachelors Degree in Business Economics and is an occasional guest speaker at his alma mater of California State University of Long Beach in some of their economics classes.

Chris Mashburn

Chris Mashburn brings a wealth of knowledge and entrepreneurial background to the U.S. Transactions Corp team. Before joining as a Business Development Manager for our National Accounts., Chris spent 7 years as the Director Global Strategic Advising at Comdata in the Greater Nashville Area working with organizations in the one-billion + annual revenue category. Industry verticals include: Healthcare, Private Equity and VC, Retail, and Technology. In this capacity, Chris utilized his extensive IT background working with his clients to integrate the latest payment software solutions into their ERP systems.   Prior to that, Chris was a Business Analyst for a large multinational organization, Bridgestone Americas Holding.

Chris Mashburn is a graduate from Belmont University with a Master of Business Administration.

David “Neal” Vick

David “Neal” Vick joined U.S. Transactions Corp in 2015.  Neal brings 14-year experience in expense reduction management services for corporate clients.  The areas of expense reduction management included merchant services, freight and logistics, telecommunications, and utilities.  Neal brings this background of business process knowledge, finance and accounting to his clients at U.S. Transactions Corp.  Neal is a graduate of Elon University in North Carolina with a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism.  He also does volunteer community service for Leukemia & Lymphoma Society.  He and his wife have 2 children and he is based in Charlotte, NC.

Tam Phan

Tam Phan is an experienced executive with over 25 years managing IT and Finance organizations primarily in the wireless industry. Before joining US Transactions Corp in 2015, she managed multimillion dollar technology projects and programs in both the private and government sectors. In her most recent position as VP of Finance, she had responsibilities for revenue recognition, analytics, and financial reporting. She possesses skills that combine strong communication with a high competency in business intelligence reporting, financial and marketing analysis, and business acumen to improve operational efficiencies and bottom-line financial results. Her prior corporate positions were at Simplexity LLC, Sprint Nextel, Universal Systems, and Computer Sciences Corporation. Tam is a graduate of Wichita State University with a Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering.

Jennifer Glaze

Jennifer “Jenni” Glaze joined U.S. Transactions Corp. in 2017 as an Account Executive. Jenni brings to UST a culture of exceptional customer service. She is a classical pianist and was a music instructor for over 15 years. Her creativity combined with her technical skills makes her an excellent solutions-oriented resource for UST and our clients. Jenni is a graduate of Fort Hays College with a concentration in Sociology and Marketing.

Nadiya Gillani

Nadiya Gillani joined U.S. Transactions Corp in mid 2013. Nadiya has been in the Client Services business for over 20 years and assists in managing the various merchant and agent reporting systems that U.S. Transactions Corp utilizes in its day to day business. She serves as a secondary point of contact for all of our customers and is able to assist with customer questions as they arise and bring any issues to quick resolution.

Nadiya’s prior experience was with Nesbitt Burns as a Client Service Representative, and Quality Control for an Energy company, evaluating agent proficiency skills and assisting in integrating skills to achieve passing the mandatory scoring ratio for client services.
